Work history.
In my more than 20 years as a recruiter, job search coach, outplacement coach and relocation specialist, I’ve helped hundreds of professionals in different stages of their career transition learn new things about themselves and explore options they wouldn’t otherwise consider. A consummate networker, I have a gift for giving people hope and a much-keener insight into themselves. I use my deep connections across a broad spectrum of industries. Coaching highlights.
As a Career Ownership Coach, I provide a safe, pressure-free space for people to dream and plan, explore their income and lifestyle goals, determine if franchising and entrepreneurship is a fit, and then help them identify franchise vehicles that might get them to their goals. I’m always on my client’s side of the table. I am passionate about helping people recognize the strengths and transferable skills they don’t necessarily see in themselves. I’ve mastered the art of listening to understand people. I use my 20+ years of experience in the career transition field to help people uncover the options that are open to them. Working at my client’s place, I’m never pushy. I don’t have an agenda, I don’t sell anything and my services are free. I am passionate about helping people learn and explore options they may never have thought about or had dismissed prematurely.
